Intake kit for 1.9 JTD 8v euro 3 engines (Alfa 156,147, Fiat Bravo, Stilo). This will improve flow to the intake manifold by deleting two 45 deg bends and a streamlined inside for a perfect transistion from intercooler hose to manifold. Also the EGR feed line and throttle valve are deleted to further enhance flow. Results in more smooth running at low revs and more airflow over the entire rev range. The kit consists of: intake pipe, heavy duty silicon coupler hose, alu coupler pipe, t-bolt clamps, EGR blanking plate and bolts. Suitable for use in combination with the standard intercooler. Note: after modelyear 2003 it can be necessary to shut off the EGR in the software map. For maximum performance result custom remapping is adviced.
